We met in the early 2000's when I got my first pony. My mom brother and I didn't have a clue what we were doing. We just knew we needed to get that pony out of where she was. We decided to shake a bucket in front of an untouched pony to coax it almost 3 miles down the road. As we got about a block down the road Jen was there at her barn. She asked us what we were doing and if she could help. We loaded her up in the trailer, then Jen took us all home. After that day she was my hero. As a little girl with her first horse she taught me and my horse how to trust each other. I was kind of glued to her hip after that. In what seemed like no time at all I was able to take my pony to halter shows. It's been 20 years or so and I still message Jen for advise. If it wasn't for her, I would have never known what it was to love and be loved by a horse.
